What You Will Achieve

Your strong communication and collaboration skills will help the team to run its operations efficiently. You will focus primarily on administrative coordination to functional areas. You will also be responsible for managing records and files, verifying data, responding to emails and scheduling meetings, amongst other things.

As part of the administrative support team, you will participate in process improvement and collaborating with others by sharing experiences. Your skill and knowledge will help in making decisions that require choosing among limited options. You will be proactive in leveraging your team' knowledge to learn and develop your own work products. Your systematic approach and organizational abilities will ensure that communication between departments and teams is seamless.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Prioritize, coordinate, and partner with teams to execute and accomplish business objectives productively.
  • Manage special projects and facilitate process improvements as needed.
  • Provide necessary administrative support to the team to arrange logistics for internal
  • and external travel.
  • Prepare documents and reports for meetings and events.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience supporting cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated planning, prioritization, and organizing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice-to-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project management or planning experience
  • Prior pharmaceutical experience
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
