ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support strategy development and alignment with X-functions
- Timely identify problems, provide effective solutions, build a high-quality project platform, and efficiently execute to ensure the solid implementation of strategies
- Lead projects to ensure deliverables. Lead & partner with cross functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation/refinement of process.
- Establish professional relationships with key stakeholders to shape environment successfully.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in medical or medicine related fields, Master's degree and MBA preferred
- 5-8 years marketing experience with above18 months SBM experience in Pharmaceutical industry
- National level project management experience, with environment shaping project operation preferred
- Excellent at communication, X-functional cooperation & KOL management
- Proficient oral and written English
