Job Purpose:
As Global Services Director, with a focus on Medical Imaging you are responsible for the financial, operational, regulatory, and quality performance for growth and delivery of your strategic accounts by leading, contributing, executing, and monitoring the business vision, strategy, plan and execution for the account. In this role, you are also responsible for ensuring customer growth by coordinating client's ongoing experience, adoption, engagement, and outcomes realization. You will act as client advocate driving growth, excellent communications, understand the client's business initiatives and priorities.

Key focus areas will include client governance, health monitoring and management, success plan development and execution, outcome monitoring and tracking, and solution adoption readiness and optimization.
Key Accountabilities:
Client Experience
- Develop and manage client success plan(s) for a range of complex portfolio of accounts that results in high client satisfaction.
- Utilize client data to find proactive insights about their current satisfaction and future trajectory.
- Ensure resolution of client issues through internal advocacy, developing and coordinating cross-functional actions, and supplying regular updates for transparency
- Develop proactive touchpoints to enhance and improve client experience
Relationship Management
- Identifies the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups.
- Translates communications / stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables.
- Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining, and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans.
- Builds deep long term and trusting relationships.
- Provides informed feedback to assess and promote understanding.
- Facilitates business decision-making processes.
- Captures and disseminates technical and business information.
- Builds long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
- Establish relationships and consistent touchpoints with key customer stakeholders
Goal Attainment
- Meets and exceeds all performance goals as set by the management team on an annual basis.
Account Strategy
- Initiates the development of sales and delivery strategies on an account/ team basis which meet the needs of the company strategic plan, consistently growing sales in account(s).
- Provides well-thought-out account plans which ultimately contribute to the overall company understanding of the strategy to build revenue of the account.
Pipeline Management
- Actively engages in the creation and close management of a sales pipeline ensuring the quality and timeliness of data.
- Proactively manages the pipeline ensuring the development of sufficient pipeline to deliver on sales goals.
Launch of new offerings
- In collaboration with the Strategic Marketing team introduce new products and services to clients in territory/account(s) ensuring positive outcomes against the strategic plan.
- Works with internal stakeholders to execute.
Customer Engagement
- Ownership of proposal strategy including narrative and executive summaries.
- Leads, creates, and executes well-organized and structured bid pursuit and governance meetings, as necessary. This includes gathering all internal and external resources necessary for a successful engagement.
- Builds long-term client relationships to gain preferred supplier status is the goal
Account Management
- Creates strategic account plans to identify opportunities within existing territories/accounts. These plans should include the strategic corporate initiatives with the goal of continued current engagement while simultaneously identifying new opportunities to increase wallet share.
Other
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested. Which may include coaching.
Skills:
- The proven ability to build and expand 'new business' or expand 'existing business' is essential, evidenced by the experience of professional services sales or delivery
- A positive attitude with respect to work assignments and high aptitude to develop new talents and skills through continuous learning, training and professional course work
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail

Knowledge and Experience:
- Significant demonstrable relevant experience in sales OR delivery to Life Science companies (Medical Imaging)
- Specific and demonstrable success in developing a sales account plans showing consistent year over year growth or relevant operational account level experience
- Proven track record in delivering results against a plan or relevant operational account level experience
- Demonstrable experience, identifying sales pipeline risks and developing mitigation plans
Education:
- College or university bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- English: Fluent
