Overview
This role will report into the Senior Director of Strategic Capabilities and support the development of the next generation network design capability, enabling industry leading design capability for all Global business units, Sectors, and ND Global Capability Centers, across the End to End Value Chain. This role is responsible for defining, designing, orchestrating, executing & implementing new Digital Solutions across the Global Network Design suite, including all support & sustain strategies definitions, and the overall suite capability. The role will coordinate & collaborate with key Global Network Design stakeholders to execute the strategic technical design approach, and the ongoing evolution of the suite - capability, timing, execution. This will enable identification of transformative projects that will deliver significant levels of profitability, efficiency, sustainability, and service, that align with the organization's global operational objectives.

Responsibilities
- Deliver the Global Network Design digital architecture, & version management of the Conceptual Architecture
- Deliver & maintain the EDF Gold layer (business POC) for the Global ND Solution
- Define the sustain & maintain strategy
- Define technical expansion & enhancement roadmap & strategies, for within AOP, next AOP & beyond,
- Collaborate with Modelling & Process teams to convert frameworks & developments, into technical capabilities
- Scope needs & vendor scouting, component level capability mapping, gap assessments & Plan B/C/D
- Design & orchestrate EDF Gold (internal PEP & external providers - tax, regulatory etc)
- Map ND tech ecosystem dependencies & interactions, ongoing as systems evolve & interchange
- Integrate User Experience, strategic & commercial insights, process design and data insights, into overall user experience
- Govern the timelines & budgets associated with the relevant areas of ownership
- Develop & maintain user training guides for relevant Technical systems, in partnership with ND Process team
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in operations research, Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain.
- 5+ years of experience in Network Design, including Modelling & Technical Design tools
- 2+ years of experience with large scale digital system design, execution, and/or implementation
- Demonstrates Global Acumen and can partner cross functionally with different levels within the organziation
- Ability to navigate complex problems
- Excellent interpersonal relationships
- Experience managing relations with senior leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, Tableau and Power BI
- Experience using Supply Chain Guru and Data Guru
- Ability to influence and coordinate globally with multi country experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Manage of big data bases on SQL (nice to have) or similar
