The PGT PQGC Transformation Manager - OCM Communications and Engagement Lead is a multi-faceted role with a unique balance of project transformation and user-centric communications and change management responsibilities. We are looking for an experienced professional with a track record of working on complex, large scale transformation projects to join our team. This position reports to the Transformation Director - Organizational Change Management and will manage a team of 2 direct reports.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing strategic communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote the adoption of the PepsiCo Global template (a suite of SAP systems) across the PQGC business units. This position is responsible for developing and delivering clear, consistent, and compelling messaging to diverse audiences, and driving engagement with SAP tools and processes; with the goal of taking technical information and make it digestible. Applicants with experience leading communications programs for system implementations are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive communication plans to support the rollout, adoption, and optimization of PGT initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including OCM, IT, Data, PMO and program teams to understand business requirements and ensure that communications are aligned with program goals and objectives.
- Manage a team of direct reports to support execution of tasks, effectively coaching, mentoring and upskilling.
- Develop engaging content, including emails, newsletters, presentations, videos, SharePoint pages and other communication materials, to effectively convey key messages related to the project.
- Provide communication support for change management initiatives associated with SAP deployments, including training and user adoption programs. Design materials spanning a variety of methods to drive awareness and engagement across the organization, from plant personnel to executive audiences.
- Organize and produce webinars, workshops, town halls, and other events in partnership with the OCM and program team, to educate and engage employees on PGT functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor and measure effectiveness through tracking and analyzing communication and engagement metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all communications are consistent with the program's brand, values, and strategic objectives.
- Appliy project management skills for accurate tracking and reporting on Communications and Engagement tasks, deliverables, key dates and milestones.
- Maintain team collaboration sites and intranet as information/document repository.
- Asks questions to better understand those impacted by changes, tailoring messaging to drive change adoption; puts themselves in the shoes of those receiving the messaging.

Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, or a related role, preferably within an SAP environment; user centric communications and eye for design preferred.
- Hands-on experience developing internal communications materials.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Fiori, Video editing and creation software, intranet platforms).
- Ability to navigate periods of pressure and balance priorities/workload throughout the project duration due to tight deadlines .
- Working knowledge of data principles used for tracking engagement and adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of SAP systems, processes, and terminology.
- Experience in project management or a related field.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
- Certification in change management or project management (e.g., PROSCI, PMP).
