About the Role

The purpose of the Transformation Manager is to lead and support GWS transformation activities, focused on the areas of strategic planning, performance improvement, change management, and large-scale operation model initiatives. The Transformation Manager will partner with internal CBRE lines of business and functional areas to ensure actionable strategies are developed, planned, and executed as part of the end-to-end transformation lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Assess and scope transformational opportunities by working with people across the organization.
  • Support the end-to-end development and implementation of work products and process solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives as part of the continuous improvement cycle as needed.
  • Effective and strategic communication with executive-level stakeholders to present complex data in a clear, concise manner while offering strategic solutions that align with the company's vision.
  • Operate as an advisor and resource for the GWS leadership team while applying critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Establish trust-based relationships and networks through the delivery of results, quality of assessments and advice, and the ability to lead teams to expected outcomes.
  • Leverage past experience and familiarity with consulting methodologies to develop strategies and solutions to support the overall transformation objectives.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, technology, or a combination of education and experience in a consulting or transformation role in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in consulting, real estate, corporate strategy, or finance in a real estate, consulting, or financial services company.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software used for transformation delivery and assessment.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
