We support PepsiCo & our partners in delivering our Positive Agriculture agenda which focuses on regenerative farming practices, sustainable sourcing, and improving livelihoods, aiming to spread these practices across 7 million acres of farmland. The team works globally, collaborating with farmers and partners to address climate change impacts and support economic prosperity, farm security, and women's economic empowerment.

This is a hybrid role that be located in either Purchase, NY; Chicago, IL; Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

The Sustainable Agriculture Partnerships Associate Manager role is responsible for:

  • Managing and nurturing strategic partnerships with external stakeholders in the sustainable agriculture space.
  • Facilitating internal and external learning programs on activating and managing partnerships for effective project management and optimal outcomes.
  • Developing and implement upskilling initiatives for our external partners to enhance their capabilities in sustainable agriculture practices, nature, and livelihoods.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partnership activities with PepsiCo's broader sustainability goals.
  • Collecting data from project owners/partners and report on the progress and impact of partnership initiatives at a global level.
  • Maintaining database of active and reviewed partners/initiatives, developing streamlined due diligence and onboarding processes for new partners.
  • Drafting and maintaining project and partnership governance documents.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years experience in corporate sustainability functions, agriculture and/or partnerships.
  • Strong relationship and program management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Competent strategy development and program evaluation
  • 2+ years experience working directly on Food Systems globally strongly desired
  • Knowledge of regenerative agriculture, agricultural supply chains, and livelihoods a plus
  • Knowledge of development finance and grant writing a plus
