Overview

PepsiCo, a leader in the food and beverage industry, has an opening for a Supply Chain Sr Analyst to support Supply Chain simulation modeling and strategic planning. The candidate must have superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Must have sound judgment, strong multitasking abilities, and the motivation to aid in the development and execution of Supply Chain innovation.

Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Sr Analyst will be responsible for supporting the technical development of advanced simulation models intended to provide insight, inform project scope, and reduce cost across the Supply Chain. Key responsibilities will be to:

  • Partner with Whs/DC Operations, Engineering, Go to Market, Transportation, and other elements of the Supply Chain to deliver solutions that improve the service, productivity, and efficiency of the overall Supply Chain.
  • Support Supply Chain system modeling and design to realize world class service and cost performance.
  • Provide insightful analytics derived from simulation models to assist asset optimization/capacity planning and guide future investment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
    Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations, engineering, product supply, or related field
  • Critical thinking ability, strong analytical skills and proven data-based approach to decision making
  • Leadership capability, demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration to solve problems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and win support of ideas and plans, both written and verbal, to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to evaluate & optimize Supply Chain solutions for desired financial & business impact
  • Ability to lead meetings of various sizes with varied constituents and present/speak effectively
  • Ability to integrate into the S&D organization and contribute to people and organizational development

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain operations, business planning, and/or Supply Chain systems
  • Ability to organize and execute projects with minimal direction
  • Ability to influence and communicate through data; experience with Tableau/PowerBI or other data visualization software preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a systems-thinking approach to problem solving
  • Ability to balance cross-functional imperatives and complete trade-off analyses to suggest the optimal solution for PepsiCo and our customers.
  • Working application of all MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with writing queries using SQL or similar and with data ETL processes
  • Experience with simulation systems and software, Simio preferred

Required Education/Professional Experiences:

  • Degree: BS degree
