This position will lead the Great Lakes POD Financial Performance team and will be accountable for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across 8 PBNA plants within the Great Lakes POD. Key responsibilities for this role include ensuring periodic P&L results integrity, periodic forecast coordination, and creating the Annual Operating Plan for the 8 beverage plants in the Great Lakes POD. Additionally, this role will be responsible for performance management across the eight plants and will have 3 direct reports. This high exposure role, with routine interaction across Finance and Operations Leadership, will allow you to take your financial and analytical skills to the next level while at the same time gaining a true understanding of the Supply Chain process across the entire PepsiCo Beverages portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate POD results and forecast with Sector Finance team to ensure linkage between Finance and Operations teams
  • Summarize period results across the POD work closely with Supply Chain POD Sr Director to understand and explain period performance
  • Coordinate period forecast build across the POD and review with POD Sr Director to ensure understanding and alignment and report results up thru Unit VP
  • Oversees AOP build across the 8 POD plants and consolidate roll-up to ensure challenging, but achievable AOP is assigned equitably across the plants within the POD
  • Work closely with Plant Directors on loss analysis and loss recovery from vendors where deemed appropriate (i.e. DMR's, carrier claims, etc.)
  • Performance reporting across POD sites covering areas such as True Efficiency (TE), Waste, Staffing, Over Time reporting, etc.)
  • Coordinate, track and report out Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and explain/troubleshoot over/under performance with respective Plant Directors
  • Track, manage and optimize manufacturing labor staffing across the POD manufacturing sites (Cases per Headcount, OT%, etc.)
  • Identify and help implement key productivity initiatives within the plants
  • Mitigate financial risks and identify financial opportunities to help drive efficiency at the 8 plants within the POD
  • Manage two direct reports and help develop team by providing them challenging opportunities and an ability to showcase their work to Leadership
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis in support of business decision making as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration preferred).
  • 10+ years of Accounting, Finance relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing a team is preferred
