Overview
The Manager of Contract Ops DSD Planning is responsible for setting the overall agenda for Supply Planning areas within the Central Division with regards to Contracted/Purchased Product Brands.
The ConOps SC Manager has leadership accountability for managing long term planning and daily execution of Contract Ops Brands.
This person will directly manage 5 key planning individuals: CO SC Senior Planner, and four CO SC Supply Planners responsible for managing supply of key Trademark Brands, examples include Gatorade, Propel, Life Water, Rock Star, Starbucks, Lipton, Tropicana, Naked Juice, Sabra, Kevita, to 75+ locations in Central Division.
It is vital that this key leader has great communication and influence skills and can lead in a matrixed environment. The Manager will play a critical role coordinating with the Division Supply Chain and Sales leads who directly manage the tactical supply and demand planning teams.

Lastly, the ConOps Manager needs the ability to partner with and influence peers in Planning, Transport, Warehouse Deliver, PBC Warehouse and Sales teams to deliver top line objectives and to coordinate Supply and Logistics.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
- Supply Chain, Business, Engineering Degree
- 7+ Years of experience in Planning and/or Field Operations
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Strong Planning Technical Capability (Arete, SAP)
- Demonstrated Ability to Build Cross Functional Relationships
- Extensive people leadership skill and experience
- Knowledge of the innovation process (MRP, SP, DRP, SAP)
- Advanced Business or Technical Degree preferred (MBA, M Sc./Eng.)
