This team sits under the PFNA Growth Office that drives PFNA's Always, Everywhere vision and is responsible for setting and accelerating cross-functional PFNA growth plans, the Growth Office integrates Strategy & Insights, Commercialization, Revenue Management, Transformation, and Governance/Integration into one organization.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of PFNA RGM Strategy will lead PFNA Pack Price Architecture (PPA) efforts to create long term advantage for our PFNA business via more strategic, consumer centric PPA realignment.

This person will be responsible to work with key stakeholders across Pricing strategy, Marketing, Sales strategy, and Customer teams to define key portfolio problems to solve, identify & vet pipeline of possible options via rigorous shopper & marketplace analytics including risk assessment and determine feasibility as well as size of prize with finance inputs. This pipeline should result in enough ideas to complement the traditional RGM levers used by PFNA so that we can execute and deliver our volume, net revenue and profit targets over a 5-year window.

Accountabilities / General Responsibilities:

Act As Owners/ Be Consumer Centric:

  • PPA Strategy: Take an occasion first, shopper centric view of the categories we play in and identify long term strategic packprice points to anchor our portfolio of brands across channels and geographies to maximize our revenue share, volume and profit delivery.
  • Work will be both highly analytical, to identify the right set of white spaces, and strategic, to solve for current & future business problems.
  • AOP Lifecycle Pricing Support: Work closely with the pricing strategy & execution teams to translate identified opportunities into AOP actions.

Strategic Thinking / External Benchmarking/ Best Practices:

  • This individual should be a keen observer of macro, cross-category trends and best practices as they relate to revenue and packprice and mix management to ensure we are staying at the forefront of building & implementing strategic & precision driven revenue management practices.
  • This person will lead PFNA RGM's connectivity with the global NRM and GBS teams and act as a conduit to exchange RGM learnings across other PEP regions and Bus

Voice Opinions Fearlessly Focus & Get Things Done Fast:

  • Successful implementation & delivery of work will rest on this person's ability to build connections and work closely with the PFNA RGM leadership (VP, Sr Dir and Dir), BU pricing teams, sales strategy and national finance teams and other cross functional partners to invite business PTS, debate ideas and discuss execution.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, Mkt etc. required; MBA preferred.
  • Understanding of the Revenue growth management discipline (5+ years of experience)
  • Experience with the PFNA P&L and ability to evaluate financial models.
  • Consumer, shopper insights or category management experience; A passion for the shopper and a curiosity for why he/she buys.
  • Comfortable with data analytics & syndicated marketplace tools such as IRI, 84.51, Luminate
  • Understanding of customer & channel dynamics (grocery vs mass vs dollar etc)
  • Self-starter - Navigating and thriving in ambiguous environment, resourcefulness in getting things done, Advanced problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Agility - Flexibility approach in problem solving/developing solutions, creating knowledge base.
  • Project and budget management
  • Telling a story in a concise and compelling way visually.
  • Ability to take various insights and data to develop RGM strategies.
  • Influence: Demonstration of ability to influence others; Collaborative partnering with multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail, including strong executive presence.
