Overview
The Senior Director, Content Studio and Creative Digital Strategy and Data will serve as a key leader on the Global Communications team, responsible for overseeing content strategy and creation across a multitude of internal and external communications and high priority touchpoints including owned digital/social channels, executive channels, paid media, events, traditional media, and more.
This role demands a highly collaborative, creative and strategic leader who can manage a team driving the company's proactive digital storytelling across a complex and ever-expanding ecosystem of channels. This role will manage and scale our end-to-end in-house content creation & production team-spanning copywriting, design, social, video, and photography. This visionary leader will unify our brand narrative & look and feel, working collaboratively across Comms disciplines to ensure integrated storytelling and best-in-class creative and content across the end-to-end social, digital and traditional media ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller and bring 10+ years of progressive content strategy experience as a writer/journalist and/or expert in content creation/content marketing, demonstrating exceptional creative capabilities and team leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy in collaboration with a cross-functional team across the enterprise.
- Drives the global editorial planning process for owned channels to inform content creation and deployment of resources against key priorities
- Oversee all in-house content production, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Oversee the execution of content through the appropriate channels in line with the communications strategic plan.
- Partners closely with the data& analytics team to develop a comprehensive metrics plan for each channel, actively monitor and synthesize data into insights, and make recommendations to optimize content and channels.
- Continuously study trends in digital channels and how they impact the company's content strategy.
- Incorporate data + feedback loops to optimize content and target audiences
- Deliver on a strong distribution strategy to ensure content reaches the intended audience effectively, collaborating closely with regions, markets and subject matter experts across the enterprise.
- Drive the adoption of emerging media technologies and platforms to enhance the company's digital presence and engagement.
- Ensure that all digital content aligns with the company's strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Oversee HQ video studios and scale appropriately across the enterprise
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $151,200 - $300,000.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 35% of annual salary paid out annually.
and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. - Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing content marketing / editorial planning in a communications and/or marketing function at a Fortune 500 company or at an agency.
- Expert level knowledge of social media environment, digital communications, and content marketing
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a newsroom environment, including broadcast TV and/or digital is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, and possess strong organization, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle competing demands and high-pressure situations.
- Proactivity and ability to react expeditiously to market events.
- Leadership skills to guide external agencies and lead working groups across the broader organization
