Overview
We are excited to invite you to apply for a frontline supervisor position at Frito-Lay (PepsiCo). This role is crucial in providing team leadership and functional expertise. You will be responsible for conducting performance coaching, providing individual feedback, and issuing corrective actions as needed. Additionally, you'll make daily decisions that impact the business, provide daily work direction to frontline associates, and utilize technical systems for reporting and analytics. Leading daily performance meetings, handling all team performance and personnel issues, and managing time and payroll systems are also key aspects of this role.
Shifts Available:
- Second Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM
- Third Shift: 11 PM to 7 AM

Training Schedule:
- Duration: 4-6 months
- Initial Phase: First shift, 7 AM to 3 PM (first few weeks)
- Subsequent Phase: Second or third shift, Tuesday to Saturday
Post-Training:
- Assignment to a team
- Workdays will be either:
- Sunday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Saturday
Responsibilities
This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise:
- Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action
- Makes daily decisions impacting the business
- Provides daily work direction to frontline associates
- Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics
- Leads daily performance meetings
- Handles all team performance and personnel issues
- Manages time and payroll systems
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $80,000 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associates degree or equivalent background preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others
- Able to Instruct and Teach Others
- Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities
- Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures
- Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
