Overview
This role is open for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Provide coordination and technical support in the area of Manufacturing with an emphasis on consumer requirements, continuous product quality, productivity improvement, product safety and regulatory management. Collects and analyzes data, formulates conclusions and communicates recommendations to influence and support business decisions. This position will be focused on sustaining processing within SAP.
Responsibilities
- Develop action plans with Production, Quality, Raws, Warehouse, and Division Quality Assurance to ensure SAP processes are maintained.
- Lead risk assessment analysis. Manage issues with non-conforming SAP processes.

Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and performance.
Coordinate internal self-assessments from scheduling through the corrective action process.
Responsible for documentation control
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $58,500 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Preferred three years of technical skills experience preferred in all areas of Manufacturing. Familiar with SAP.
- Clear understanding manufacturing practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft business software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Graphing Programs and Outlook
