Overview
Position Objective: This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized parts storeroom. This role ensures accurate labeling and location of parts as well as receiving parts into our computerized inventory system. This role is also responsible for maintaining accurate and timely inventory counts in accordance with GCS and SAP requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper labeling of parts and parts bins are maintained
- Receive parts into computerized inventory system
- Pull and stage parts for workorder kitting
- Perform inventory cycle counts
- Ensure inventory counts in computerized inventory system match physical inventory on floor
- Maintain a clean and organized storeroom
- Support Parts Coordinator and Maintenance Planner as needed
- All other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $36,300 - $65,300 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with years experience
- Flexibility and willingness to fulfill assigned activities, according to the needs of an ever-changing business environment
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Must have good interpersonal skills to interact/contribute to the team
- Must have a team/collaboration-based approach to decision making
- Must have a "Can Do" attitude and a willingness to assist others in completing activities as needed
- Able to embrace change, shift priorities as needed, and work through ambiguity
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans and deal with issues proactively
- Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written, working with others in a professional manner
- Must be highly organized and able to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Available every 4th Sunday at Period End for inventory counting and period close
Requirements:
Selected candidates must have strong communication and PC skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT. Interpersonal skills as well as:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Superior problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to use multiple PC applications simultaneously i.e. Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Creative Suite Applications
- Ability to quickly grasp new PBC/PDC applications.
- Demonstrates continuous improvement mindset.
Basic Job Qualification:
- Previous supply chain, inventory systems, maintenance shop, or logistics experience.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- SAP Experience
