Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of Away from Home, also known as a Channel Manager, will provide functional leadership and ownership of field sales productivity, execution, and leadership development within the restaurant segment. This role is responsible for delivering the PBNA Annual Plan for their assigned market, while developing the talent of their team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), Sr. Key Account Manager (Sr. KAM) , and Key Account Manager (KAM).
- Grow Restaurant business, volume, revenue and brand priorities within assignment Market through fact-based selling and talent development
- Provide business coaching/ career development guidance to direct reports and team
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
- Work closely with the selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities
- Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply volume growth
- Oversee trade and spending budgets
- Leverage technology and sales enablement tools to develop team
- Provide business updates to Division Leadership

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, MBA a plus
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated analytical and math skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
