The Fin Cust Mgmt Sr. Coordinator is responsible for communicating with customers to collect invoices, identify and analyze issues with financial operations and solve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner. This person will contribute to PBNA and Independent Pepsi Bottler Community's success by facilitating account receivable process changes (i.e. pricing, customer development agreements, unauthorized product) through communication and relationship building with external and internal business partners. Ensure Global Business Services, Bottler Community, and field process compliance by ensuring partnership and service level agreements are met. Lead and support internal projects integrating process, technology, and analysis to drive organizational wins.

Responsibilities
- Actively monitor aging reports and initiate contact with customers to resolve overdue balances -
- Analyze and resolve any chargebacks, shortages and pricing discrepancies with the appropriate internal and external business partners
- Engage with customer to understand accounting, purchasing, and delivery processes and procedures
- Perform as primary owner of root cause resolution for customer exceptions
- Ensure accurate customer information at all times; (i.e. AR system hierarchy, store #, vendor #, statement, etc.) and perform file maintenance when necessary
- Project account performance for period and quarter end reporting purposes
- Take ownership and deliver against both personal and team goals
- Drive self-improvement and continuous learning through coaching and feedback
- Demonstrate initiative for expanding own skill set and knowledge of business
- Identify and Develop process improvements to drive cash flow, root cause resolution and efficiencies.
- Develop project plans that drive internal and external process change through process enhancements (e.g., reduced exceptions, streamlining), leveraging of technology and completion of analysis.
- Provide tools and analyze trends to improve process compliance.
- Identify and escalate process and procedural change needs.
- Partner to identify customers, Bottlers and/or Pepsi locations with a high percentage of exception processing, and leverage analysis and trend tracking to implement changes that drive exception reductions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950.

Qualifications
- 2-Year Associates Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or economics
- 1 - 3 Years Customer Portfolio Management/Cash Collections Experience
- Proficient in Windows Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 Year Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 3-5 Years Customer Portfolio Management/Cash Collections Experience
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including the ability to lead, manage and complete multiple concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking leveraging technology to drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; (must be intermediate or higher in Excel skills)
- Experience with Accounting Systems and AR modules
