Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately process payment & pricing inputs supporting a large regional grocery partner. This role will also support weekly & period reporting, and other various operational accounting tasks
Responsibilities
- Retain and file all accounts payable / receivable for respective customer
- Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors as it relates to payment policies & procedures
- Provide explanations for variances in budget
- Maintain fixed budget and provide periodic forecast updates
- Support the Sales, finance & marketing teams with all budgetary support
- Complete period-end accruals and reclass journal entries
- Process miscellaneous invoices
- Complete administrative tasks as needed
- Responsible for maintaining Go To Market capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- BS/BA in Accounting/Finance Preferred
- 2-3 Years of Payroll or similar account support Experience
- Strong Computer Skills & Ability to Adapt to New Systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Kronos/SAP a Plus
- Strong Attention to Detail, Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills, Strong Organizational Skills, Team Player
