Overview
As a Director MOTOR Execution, this role will champion the implementation of MOTOR methodologies and principles to drive process improvements and operational excellence. This leader will ensure the program is scalable, sustainable and delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and cost reduction. This role reports into the Sr. Director Reliability & MOTOR leader within the Manufacturing COE team.
Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for learning & leading key IWS (Integrated work systems) principles and then owning regional deployments and standardizations
- Own regional deployment and tracking governance to ensure sustainment of critical pillars of IWS, leveraging playbooks specifically created for PBNA by EY & IWS team
- Lead the IWS Plank within the Manufacturing COE in close concert with Plant Ops team to drive process standardization that unlocks productivity within TE gains, waste reductions and other E2E productivities
- Partner with Unit VPs, Reliability, Respond & Recover and Productivity teams to deliver one integrated culture and One Best Way process vision for the Plant Operations leveraging Integrated work systems
- Responsible for the governance, sustainment & implementation across PBNA Lead Plant Locations and own driving "One Best way" execution
- Provide Site Leadership a calibrated assessment of IWS implementation from a point of view of total pillar integration - as the pillars mature based upon the losses at each individual facility
- Provide direct coaching to MOTOR leaders to ensure site Leadership teams adhere to process compliance
- Drive reapplication of approaches and techniques across PBNA while ensuring the standard tools are used according to the standard as driven by PBNA Leadership and developed in partnership with EY
- Drive 360 discussions and visibility to loss & defect focused agendas targeted to delivering CBN - both in capability and results (TE, Waste, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position will be around $125,000 - $210,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.
and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. - Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business-related field required (ie. Supply Chain, Engineering, Business), MBA or Master's preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations roles
- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop personnel and strategically plan for continuous improvement
- Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and have the ability to influence others across multiple levels of the organization.
