Overview

This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Chicago 35th location.

WORK HOURS - Mon-Fri: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Back up cashiering to daily routes/bank reconciliation daily.
    • Full-Service cash counting/First fills - closeouts
    • Over/Short log - reconciliation
    • No payment log - reconciliation
    • Dispute Management
    • Cultural & Inclusion team

Compensation & Benefits


  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,700 - $64,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience providing administrative support.
  • Strong computer skills in Office - excel specific.
  • Banking experience.
  • Strong attention to detail needed.
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift 20-30lbs daily.
