ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Training Specialist, you will help design and implement consistent and effective training programs across all of our company-owned field locations and partner 3PL teams. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training to ensure Peloton team members and 3PL partners are fully proficient in their roles, including new hires and ongoing training. This means delivering training in a variety of formats and media, with a target delivery audience of professionals in an adult learning environment. The Training Specialist will work effectively in an environment of high change, and while driving for continuous improvement.

● Develop learning experiences aimed at driving consistency and quality across all agents and sites
● Ensure proficiency via new hire training and onboarding, certification programs, ongoing development, new products, processes, and systems using multiple channels and tools to support an array of learning styles
● Partner with quality and instructional design teams to drive improvement and initiatives in the practical learning environment
● Coordinate with the People, operational leaders (in-house and outsource), and capacity planning teams to ensure learning cohorts are deployed to support
company goals and timelines.
● Evaluate training effectiveness and calibrate across the network of trainers to ensure consistent training and training outcomes across all of our sites
● Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for system or product testing, instructional design feedback, and proposed process improvements
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 2+ years of successful training development experience, including using a
- Learning Management System (LMS) to assist in creating learning materials
- 2+ years of successful training deployment experience, including in-person and virtual training experiences
- 1 year in Operation specific training including order accuracy procedures and systems training
- Expertise in preparing course materials, assembling resources, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Expertise in G-Suite products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and reporting tools
- Able to successfully analyze requirements, design learning objectives, and deliver courses in multiple formats (live and virtual audiences of varying sizes and language preferences).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines
- A personable and empathetic team player who’s able to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter dynamic environment
- Place importance on keeping their knowledge up-to-date for the latest tools and trends in the market
