ABOUT THE ROLE
The Peloton real estate team is looking for a diligent commercial real estate professional to join our in-house team. As a member of Peloton’s real estate team, you will help support matters related to our corporate offices, retail store locations, distribution and supply chain facilities, construction and development needs, as well as lease and sublease management. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Real Estate and works from our New York HQ.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a creative problem solver, attentive to detail, highly organized and comes to Peloton with a network of real estate industry contacts. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is someone who consistently exceeds expectations.

In this role, you will help the real estate team manage relationships with our landlords and our subtenants. In addition to managing landlords, related leases, and subtenants, the ideal candidate will contribute to our continued efforts to decommission certain existing showrooms, support construction needs, and support retail micro store openings.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Manage communications with landlord partners in lease administration matters
- Track critical dates such as lease expirations, options, and kick-outs; and organize monthly meetings with business partners
- Manage collection of tenant allowances by working with vendors to obtain required documents
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of construction projects for retail, office, and warehouse locations
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to support business objectives and meet deadlines
- Identify risks and troubleshoot issues that arise during the decommissioning of retail showrooms
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and potential delays
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 4+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- A strong background in retail and commercial leases
- A network of industry contacts
- Experience interacting with real estate brokers and construction vendors
- Outstanding relationship management skills
