ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton’s IT organization is seeking an experienced application platform engineer to provide operations support for the Boomi integrations team in building a world class set of integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will be partnering with business & integration leads to identify the most critical business problems to solve, develop a vision for how technology can be leveraged to solve those problems, articulate the impact of a solution on business outcomes, and maximize ROI of invested capital. Application Platform Engineers at Peloton provide escalated incident support to L1 operations team, have advanced skills in reading and understanding document flow for Boomi integrations to provide detailed root cause analysis metrics to the integrations team, and manage key environment details that keep our integration stack running smoothly. This role will directly impact Peloton’s Supply Chain and its ability to deliver world class delivery experiences to its members.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Be responsible for Boomi errors and provide escalated incident support coming from our L1 Ops team.
- Ability to determine root causes of issues through reading and understanding document flows for Boomi Integrations and identify integration change requests when needed.
- Provide operational L1 support documentation to assist the team with identifying future recovery steps and key alerts they should be aware of.
- Experience with licensing analysis and reporting in Boomi environments.
- Identify and lead efforts to optimize the integration environment.
- Work closely with Business, Functional and Technology stakeholders understand operational complexities, strategic objectives and plans, impacts and considerations
- Work well collaboratively, both in a cross-functional context - with product managers, program managers, user researchers, designers, engineers.
- Participate in agile scrum rituals including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Participate in integration and acceptance testing across the Peloton Systems.
- Able to wear multiple hats and learn and support systems like WMS, TMS etc.
- Are curious: ask good questions, are always excited to learn new methods, approaches and perspectives, and are eager to investigate interesting trends in the data.
- Follow an analytical approach in prioritizing problems to solve and outcomes to drive – prioritizing quality over quantity.
- Have a passion for product storytelling via decks and dashboards and a proven ability to efficiently relay your insights to non-technical audiences and leaders.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Boomi Developer Certified
- Good understanding of integration architecture options such as SoA, EDI, and APIs
- Firm understanding of RCA framework and attention to detail
- Experience with performance turning optimization within Boomi
- Well versed in production deployments and integration management
- Functional experience with Supply Chain transactions, such as sales orders or SKU master data management
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Anypoint, Pentaho, or Informatica. Boomi preferred.
- Experience with operational reporting and data visualization tools such as DataDog
