Many EA projects develop "research agendas" that document the research priorities that matter to their communities. The EA Program hopes to better understand these community-informed research priorities through a structured review and synthesis of these research agendas. The Intern will lead this structured review and synthesis with support from their EA supervisor, including coding, extracting, and summarizing data from research agendas using a recently developed coding scheme. Learnings will be presented in a summary report and presentation to the EA team.
Engagement Award is seeking an intern who will have the opportunity to:
- Review and code research agendas using a coding scheme developed in Microsoft Forms.
- Analyze the coded data to identify key themes across the research agendas and produce written summaries of these themes.
- Draft summary learnings for report; develop draft presentation.
- Present key themes to the Engagement Award team.
