Reporting to a Global People Partner within the wider People Partnering function, this role will act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders and people managers within two or more defined functions within the organisation. You will play a vital role in aligning human resources strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the organisation. You will provide guidance and support on all aspects of human resources management, including organisational design and talent management.

How we work:

Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location within the Capital Fort building on Boulevard "Tsarigradsko shose"90.

The impact you will have:

By playing a key part of the departmental leadership team(s) and developing a deep understanding of the functions' strategies and challenges, you will have a vital role in providing a sounding board and proactively contribute to the success of the function. You will be a trusted advisor, coaching and guiding all people managers, driving accountability and a high-performance culture across the organisation. In close partnership with the People Enablement function your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Strategic HR Planning
    • Collaborate with people leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's overall goals and objectives
    • Identify areas where HR can add value and contribute to the achievement of business objectives
    • Analyse workforce trends and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent management, retention, and succession planning
  • Organisational Design
    • Identify key roles, skills and capabilities needed to deliver the functions' strategic objectives
    • Partner with leaders to identify the optimum organisational and team design to deliver current and future delivery and growth
    • Effectively lead the people implementation plan, including change management and communication, of any organisational or team structural changes
  • Talent Management
    • Work with people leaders to ensure robust succession plans are in place for key talent
    • Develop, in partnership with People development, suitable development pathways for high-potential talent within the organisation, identifying growth opportunities as appropriate
    • In close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, support the recruitment of all people managers within the function
    • Support the onboarding of Senior Managers within the organisation, ensuring they are set up to deliver
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
    • Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
    • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices throughout the organisation
  • HR Analytics & Reporting
    • Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management.
    • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, diversity, and other key performance indicators.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement of HR practices

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Resilience and demonstrable experience of managing change in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner or relevant strategic role - minimum of 5 years preferably in a matrix structure and multinational environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and align HR strategies with organisational goals
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Some business travel may be required
