NEXT is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner (People Partner) to join our team. This isn’t your traditional People Partner role! This is an opportunity to help lead our technology organization into the future. With the support of Next’s amazing HR COE’s, this role will create and drive the People and Business strategy, and lead all facets of HR solutioning for the Insurance organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategically partner with the Chief Technology Officer and the leadership team across the technology organization
- Lead the process of creating one unified global technology organization that operates in two countries (U.S. and Israel)
- Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues and remove barriers impeding the success of the business
- Continually assess organizational design and effectiveness and lead the organization through the appropriate change journeys required for sustained success
- Continue to build a high-performing organization through the development of top talent and supplementing the organization with key hires
- Turn data into actionable insights that help shape the future of the organization
- And most importantly, help Next and the Insurance organization win!
What You Won’t Do:
- This is not a ‘wait by the phone’ role in which you respond to employee relations issues or other business fires
- This isn’t an advisory role. This is a roll up your sleeves and ‘get stuff done’ role.
- You won’t be fighting a lot of bureaucracy or stifling processes
- You won’t be able to find a corner of the organization and hide. We are a small and mighty organization and everyone is asked to contribute to our success.
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
- Previous experience leading global technology teams (bonus points if those were in Israel)
- The ability to win as part of a team
- The combination of proactive strategic leadership and the ability to execute on ideas/plans
- The ability to effectively influence as well as coach business leaders and employees
- Solid project management experience
- A strong technological savvy with great analytical abilities
- A solid track record of expanding responsibilities as well as demonstrated success as a people leader leading a complex organization
