The Supply Planning organization within Operations is responsible for providing supply response and creating build plans to meet our financial forecasts. We work with multi-functional partners across demand, sourcing, product and factory execution teams to deliver on our commits to the enterprise. We are looking for a self-motivated supply chain professional who will help scale operations in our organization to support NVIDIA's growth. In this role, you will drive operational improvement through technological solutions that address emerging challenges and align with our organization's strategic objectives. You must be flexible, adaptable to change and deliver in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Planning tool transition: As planning solutions move to SAP IBP, be instrumental in transitioning processes and data from the old system to new.
  • Process Optimization: Enable advanced planning solutions to run end to end planning, contextualize results with an understanding of underlying algorithms, and root-cause gaps by analyzing multi-level constraints across the supply chain.
  • Data Analysis: Be a planning expert and help manage master data across all products and business units. Set up cadence and alerts to manage supply as the planning inputs change
  • Enable Decision-Making and Risk Management: Leverage sophisticated analytics to scenario plan, implement tools to improve decision-making, and communicate supply and constraints in response to different supply chain strategies and external threats
  • Take charge of projects that implement innovative solutions, collaborating with multiple departments to align supply chain strategies.

What we need to see:

  • BS/BA degree in engineering, operations, supply chain or business or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of dynamic experience in supply planning or operations role
  • Strong analytical skills in model building and simulations with strong supply chain fundamentals
  • Experience in ERP System (SAP) and Advanced Planning Solutions -SAP IBP
  • Experience in using sophisticated analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R) to draw insights and enable decision-making.
  • Adept at working cordially and effectively in a team environment. Must have good interpersonal skills, able to relate respectfully with others
  • Well organized, attention to details, good follow-up and follow through
  • Ability to work and communicate with senior executive level staff
  • Ability to manage change both within and across related organizations
  • Pro-active in anticipating potential concerns; address concerns before they become an issue

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experienced user of SAP IBP or similar advanced planning solution
  • Prior experience driving digital supply chain transformation in the semiconductor industry or as a consultant
  • Understand theoretical frameworks from APICS and loves to apply them to real-world problems.

The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 207,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
