We are now looking for a Senior Partner Business Manager for Germany.
NVIDIA is seeking an highly experienced Partner & Pathway Manager with a consistent record of winning and managing a sophisticated partner eco-system. This full-time position requires close collaboration with NVIDIA executive management, marketing, solution architects, global & vertical teams, OEM, Reseller, SI, Consultants, Start-up, ISV, CSP etc., to drive revenue for the company. Furthermore a solid understanding and business experience in the overall local Partner Landscape, Software, Industry, AI, Virtualization, Visualization & Cloud Business and a get thing done mentality is a critical success factor. They should have the ability to demonstrated experience and industry credibility working also at the "C" level with the area of responsibility.

What you'll be doing:
- Drive strategic partnerships for Germany also on an operational level.
- Develop and implement a GTM strategy & business planning.
- Act as Business Developer and technical advisor for your partners.
- Define and implement all Pathway Programs, Communication and Measurement - across all Business Units.
- Ensure ongoing Reporting & Transparency.
- Drive Partner Funnel, Pipeline & Revenue on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Ability to travel as much as >50% of the time.
What we need to see:
- 7+ years sales or partner experience in a pathway driven IT industry ideally for Key-Accounts.
- Consistent record to develop and handle strategic partnerships/alliances on an enterprise level.
- Ability to balance between actual operational execution and long term strategy - focus & flexibility.
- Ability to combine and balance Partner Management, Sales, Business Development and Alliance Leadership skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Native German, Proficient English.
- Self-motivated, get thing done mentality, strong execution capability, aggressive and passionate.
- University degree or above, or equivalent experience - economics/international business combined with computer science background.
