We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency, and supporting our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee and optimize the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales processes and increase productivity
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system and other sales technologies
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership on sales performance
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new sales tools and technologies

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
