Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Technofunctional Consultant to join our team. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Workday, including configuration, integration, and business processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that Workday implementations and enhancements meet organizational needs and are optimized for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Functional Expertise:
  • Provide expertise in Workday functional areas including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and Finance teams, translating business needs into effective Workday solutions.
Technical Integration:
  • Develop and support integrations between Workday and other third-party systems using tools like EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and Studio.
  • Manage data migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions within Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday within the organization.
  • Issue Resolution and Support:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday functionality and integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on Workday processes and enhancements.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday in both functional and technical roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end Workday integration projects, including data migrations, vendor integrations, and API development. Proven experience in configuring and managing Workday integrations.
  • Experience in integrating Workday with enterprise ERP systems and custom web applications
  • Strong understanding of business process framework and security configuration within Workday.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Workday Integration tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Experience with Core Connectors, PICOF, and PECI for payroll and other data integrations.
  • Proficient in Workday Web Services, SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and OAuth for secure, real-time integrations.
  • Data Transformation and Mapping: Knowledge of data formats like XML, XSLT, JSON, and CSV, and the ability to perform data transformations and mapping during integration processes.
  • SQL and Database Management: Understanding of SQL for querying and validating data, and experience integrating Workday with relational databases.
  • API Development: Hands-on experience developing custom APIs and leveraging third-party APIs for real-time system integration.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Certifications:
  • Workday Certification in HCM, Integration, or other relevant modules is highly desirable
