NTT DATA currently seeks a Transportation Coordinator to join our team for a temporary hybrid role in San Francisco, CA.
Role Responsibilities
-Coordinating transportation with members, providers and vendors
-Filling out taxi vouchers and mailing them to members, need to have access to post office or mail carrier
-Creating prior authorizations for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
-Phone support for the NEMT phone line
Required Skills/Experience
- Phone & Customer Service experience required
- Healthcare experience required.
-Prior authorization experience
-Transportation experience
