We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

BA Required Skills set edu and JD Mandatory Requirement: 6+years of experience in Business App in the US healthcare space. Education: Bachelor's in Medicine, RN, BPT, BHMS, BAMS, Biotech Rich understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes and Health plan processes like Claims filing, Billing, claims adjudication, benefits, provider contracting, Pricing and Recovery and reimbursement optimization. Experience in payment integrity processes like clinical investigations, SIU, FWA Working knowledge of different concepts of US healthcare domain Thorough hands-on experience in multi-speciality coding such as Surgery, E/M, Radiology, pathology, Anaesthesia coding, Hospital clinical audits, Itemized bill reviews Working knowledge of Medical record review & coding- ICD, CPT/HCPCS Certified Coders- CPC, COC, CIC with 5+ years of hands-on coding experience Working knowledge of hospital & DRG coding Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst across the product development life cycle. Aptitude for understanding and solving problems, deal effectively in high pressure, relate to actual day- to-day work to business priorities and to teach others what you have learned. Ability to research, analyse and interpret key findings for use in developing enterprise-wide business solutions. Must have interpersonal skills essential to communicate effectively, written and oral, with internal and external personnel at various levels Experienced in use of predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes. Responsibilities Elicit, gather, create and document business requirements. Act as a liaison between development team, QA team and business stakeholders for multiple RCM engagements. Assist project team in developing, monitoring and managing technology support and operational implementation work plans. Develop tracking/trending documents, assist in validating new products and features, prepare and deliver final reviews and presentations as needed. Facilitating pre-implementation/rollout workshops/trainings with all relevant stakeholders. Use secondary research and industry published sources to evaluate market needs and create innovative and appropriate data solutions and data analysis KPI's for the measurement of Payment Integrity / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. Work independently and provide proactive leadership in a complex environment with multiple teams of solution architects/technical leads.
