NTT Data's client is currently seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA, United States (US).

Job Description:
The Business Analyst will focus on analyzing, documenting, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions related to CMDB, Discovery, integrations, and Service Graph Connectors. This role involves gathering requirements, defining business processes, and working closely with technical teams to ensure effective implementation and integration. The ideal candidate will also support the adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and adherence to Data Manager Policies to maintain high data quality and governance standards.

Key Deliverables:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to CMDB, Discovery, integrations, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Work with technical teams to design and document solutions that address business needs, including CMDB enhancements, Discovery processes, and integration requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, providing clear and concise documentation, reports, and updates.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements to aid development team
• Understand and document As-Is business processes. Gather, analyse and contribute to design and reengineering of business processes
• Coordinate with both client & development team to make sure requirements are clarified and signed off.
• Coordinate and support UAT
• Develop or contribute to development of job aids and training courses
Develop custom CMDB reports and queries
Perform data analysis
Update CI mappings as needed

Desired Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in job relevant field required
• Minimum 4 years of job-related experience required (prior IT project management experience in planning and implementing enterprise level systems, highly preferred)
• Experience in CMDB/ITOM area required
• Nice to have knowledge on Pre-Sales activity
• Experience in IT Service Management processes and tools required
• Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering required
• Prior experience in agile methodologies (experience in product management) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise staff and special initiatives
• Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (HOURLY RATE $50 - $53/hr). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
