• Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements.
• Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.
• Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Lead Super Users, Support teams and the Project teams.
• Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years experience performing the SAP Business Systems Analyst role.
• 4+ Years of Pharma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
• Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.
• Experience with IDOC's and Integrations
• Power BI: Strong expertise in creating interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI. Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
• Data Modeling and Integration
• Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
• Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $71,532 - $149,026. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
