NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a SAP Business Analyst to join their team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). REMOTE!
Job Description:
A minimum of 8 years' experience performing the SAP Business Systems Analyst role.
- Act as a liaison between business units and development teams; bridging requirements and solutions, assessing levels of customer satisfaction, and confirming expectations.
- Act as the liaison with the project EBS Capability Lead and the project team members providing updates and seeking approval on work.
- Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements.
- Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.
- Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Lead Super Users, Support teams and the Project teams.
- Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

- A minimum of 8 years' experience performing the SAP Business Systems Analyst role.
- Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
- Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.
- Experience with IDOC's and Integrations.
- Power BI: Strong expertise in creating interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI. Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
- Data Modeling and Integration:
- Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
- Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $40.99-$57.00/hour. Actual co6mpensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
