We are currently seeking a HRIS Senior Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Responds to requests for data and/or reports and validate results to ensure consistency and accuracy • Prepares and maintains a wide range of regular reports from the HRIS system for the use of HR management. • Works with a team of HR information professionals to manage employee information, employment transactions and other information. • Works with highly confidential data. • Participates in identifying and analyzing options and recommends business process enhancements.• Monitors HR systems to ensure data integrity by auditing and correcting data issues • Provides backup support to HR Analyst team member.
