Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage sale of complex and high-value outcome based contracts through direct outreach to land new logos, expanding the Salesforce footprint within existing NTT DATA accounts and working with Salesforce as part of a channel motion
  • Develops and recommends strategic sales plans, account management, and pipeline development to support business growth and profitability objectives.
  • Onboard, manage, and upsell complex client relationships post-sale
  • Develop a strategy for long-term success across your portfolio of clients & prospects.
  • Take part in management reviews of the performance metrics of the account relationship and business initiatives.
  • Work closely with the internal team to deliver premium service to clients.
  • Provide visibility to Salesforce stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion of Salesforce services within the existing client base within the region.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of selling solution based services of the Salesforce Platform
  • 3+ years' experience in consulting or IT services industries selling application services
  • Minimum of 2 years working in the Financial Serrvices and/or Retail Industries

  • Exceptional influencing, presentation, and professional sales skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Advanced ability to develop accounts through serving as a trusted advisor to client executives.
  • Advanced ability to design, scope, and sell innovative, business-focused IT solutions to prospects and clients via integration of NTT DATA services, solutions, and capabilities.
  • Exceptional influencing, presentation, and professional sales skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-Level executives
  • Advanced ability to develop accounts through serving as a trusted advisor to client executives.
  • Advanced ability to design, scope, and sell innovative, business-focused IT solutions to prospects and clients via integration of NTT DATA services, solutions, and capabilities.


Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,600.00-$139,375.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
