• Monitor and support users through Salesforce Case resolution.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management.
• Salesforce license assignment and management,
• Create job aids, and work with training team to refresh web-based training materials for each release,
• Technical testing / QA,
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business to ensure that solutions meet the defined product requirements by logging defects,
• Document internal team processes and procedures,
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as Salesforce and associated applications are developed,
• Log and track identified system problems through to resolution,
• Stay informed of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements,
• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce.com,
• Participate in code review sessions to rectify/improve the functionality as per application programming standards,
• Perform thorough unit testing of developed functionality/requirement as per the business requirement,
• Participate in Release Deployment,
• Install and maintain third party packages / integrations,
• Maintain effective communication with senior team members (architects and/or executives) in order to seek help for configuration activities,
• Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security),
• Implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.,
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for seasonal Salesforce releases,
• Document, document, document,
• Grow the Salesforce.com skill set.
