NTT DATA Services seeks a Claims Examiner on a project basis to work remote, from home.
Responsibilities:
Scrubbing project data related to claims that did not process correct. Role includes but is not limited to:

- Reviewing excel data source and comparing to Amisys source of truth for update confirmation.
- Identifying processing limitations such as termed providers or members, etc.
- Submit project request for health plans to the Health Plan Relations Team SharePoint.
- Collaborate with various business units to resolve claims issues to ensure prompt and accurate claims adjudication
- Communicate Project trends with Requestor.
- Identify potential process enhancement opportunities and share with leadership.
- Research tasks returned from the claims shop or the closure team.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experieince. working in Amisys platform
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office programs, Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, Sharepoint, Teams
Minimum 1 year experience of OMNI, TruCare, Cenpass
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Medical claims knowledge
Commercial insurance knowledge.
Contract review knowledge.
Pricing experience
