We are currently seeking a Cloud Administrator - T3 to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Position's General Duties and Tasks
- Proactively identify and Standardize Client environment by setting up standards on OS drives, Memory & CPU by creating a micro plan and implementing them by following complete change process.
- Install, configure, tune, maintain, and monitor Windows 2003/2008/2012/2019 Enterprise server
- Proficient on Microsoft (MS) Clustering issues
- Administering Windows/Linux/Hypervisor, VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud operations.
- IIS administration and Certificate management
- Thorough knowledge of Print Server management role.
- Provide Windows server administration within an Active Directory environment
- Use monitoring tools to oversee multiple Wintel systems operating within a defined support operations area
- Troubleshoot Wintel systems with remote technology such as iDRAC and RDP
- Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and review customer relations service improvement programs
- Implement core business processes and assist the client with process improvement initiatives
- Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printers, Windows servers, and applications
- Coordinate hardware and software installations, as well as upgrades
- Isolate and diagnose common Wintel system problems and document system events to ensure continuous functioning
- Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and configuration of Wintel (Windows / VMware) system files and services
- Prepare for and prescribe approaches to possible downstream implications

- Solid knowledge of systems software /hardware, networks, and operating systems.
- Solid knowledge of processes and tools utilized for system management, problem reporting, change management and support tools.
- Solid technical troubleshooting skills.
- Solid interpersonal and client service skills
Required schedule availability for this position is Rotational Shifts
The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirements.
