About the Role:
This position provides operational and information support for the global Novartis Knowledge Center (NKC) focusing primarily on licensing and financial activities. Support for training and education activities will also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end purchase order fulfillment for global NKC Purchase Orders including follow up as required by the Request to Pay systems and/or vendors to satisfy the payment.
- Handle and resolve queries for invoice payments.
- Build and maintain global Sharepoint and team sites.
- Coordinate and attend team meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes as well as action items accordingly.
- Plan and schedule the information education training sessions.

Role Requirements :
- Bachelor or Master's Degree
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- End-to end purchase order fulfillment
- Experience working in multinational teams; i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable
- Experience working in a global setup; i.e. including support of a global leadership team with communication and strategy execution
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Previous exposure to information and knowledge management ser-vices beneficial.
Desirable Requirements:
- Project Management experience a plus
