About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and customer service levels.
• Support and maintain processes in the CPO for effective supply chain management. Ensure processes are appropriately documented, followed and periodically reviewed. Apply and align supply parameter policies within the CPO based on Company and local policies.
• Deliver inventory reductions, driving down stock turns to the lowest sustainable level.
• Support the implementation of the conditions and processes in which products are stored, handled, and distributed according to Novartis and local GMP standards by following local and Global policies and by meeting local regulatory requirements.
• To manage inventory to assure the appropriate stock level,
• Support the achievement of supply chain performance, strategy, objectives,
and initiatives effectively within the organisation to ensure the motivation and alignment of supply chain management and other functions in the achievement of Company and functional objectives.
• Master data management.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key CPO stakeholders. Support CPO in the development of the business and protection of the Company's assets and reputation.

Essential Requirements:
• University degree in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years relevant professional supply chain/logistics experience ideally gained in the pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharma or similar industries.
• Sound experience in working with SAP.
• Excellent command of English and Polish language.
• Good analytical skills.

• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to operate in a global matrix environment.

Desirable Requirements:
• SAP knowledge.
