Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and optimization of Quality Analytics front end applications and data management systems (data lake and warehouse). Capture requirements, prioritize, and plan releases.
• Manage a community of business product owners for Quality Analytics sub-applications. Ensure exchange with end user communities.
• Plan, execute and deliver projects in Quality Innovation. Act as the liaison between business and IT.
• Collaborate within Quality (TechOps, NCQ, GDQ, NIBR) as well as cross-functionally as well as supply chain, regulatory and quality and IT.
• Work in compliance with Computerized Systems Validation procedures.

Role Requirements :

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in quality assurance/control or working with Quality data.
• In-depth knowledge of quality processes and/or hands-on experience in Change Control, Exception Management, Audits and Inspections, Document Management, Batch Release and/or QC.
• Experience in preparation of management reports for Key Quality Indicators
• Track record of successfully implementing projects (IT or Business)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with IT system architectures desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Desirable Requirements:

• A background in Science (Pharmaceuticals, Biology, Chemistry) or Technology (Computer Science, Engineering) with advanced degree (MSc/PhD) is preferred. Relevant work experience may compensate for the educational background.
• Certifications like Product Manager, Project Management, and Six Sigma are desirable.
