Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of patient experiences by implementing innovative digital technologies that enhance patient care, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Drive the DMI strategy by integrating oral health with primary care and behavioral health, ensuring a seamless and holistic care model.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to automate and optimize clinical workflows, improving efficiency and quality of care.
- Develop and implement health monitoring tools, including for diabetes, blood pressure and oral cancer, that seamlessly integrate into patient care workflows.
- Capture and analyze data to refine and optimize DMI and digital experience strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and collaboration across teams to advance program capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align reporting, ensure transparency, and drive value in both digital and DMI initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in digital innovation, healthcare integration, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive patient care innovation
- Proven success in managing teams, fostering innovation, and delivering large-scale digital transformation projects
- Deep expertise in AI integration, digital healthcare tools, and patient-centered technologies, with hands-on experience leading data-driven improvements
- Demonstrated success in Dental Medical Integration or similar healthcare models, with a focus on reducing care disparities and improving patient outcomes
- Experience in data analytics and reporting, with a focus on using insights to drive continuous improvement in both digital experiences and integrated care delivery
- Proven track record in stakeholder collaboration and management, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering shared business outcomes
- Strong ability to problem-solve complex issues, manage risks, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects
- Ability to quickly extract key insights from complex data and details
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated experience using data-driven decision making and performing financial and operational analysis
- Ability to bring new ideas and new ways of thinking and be able have them easily understood and adopted by individuals of all levels throughout the organization
- Outstanding communication skills are essential
- Highly collaborative team player who fosters open communication and facilitates mutual understanding and cooperation between all stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to resolve conflict and facilitate decision-making
Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
Pay Grade 23. $106,400 - $230,600
