We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated leader to join us as the Head of Data Driven Decision Making. In this influential role, you will lead a team that manages and analyses data to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations, driving business growth and performance. You will report into Country Head Business Excellence and Execution.

About the Role

  • Build and enhance organisational capabilities, aligned with our new growth-oriented operating model, fostering a culture of innovation and intelligent risk-taking.
  • Lead a team of skilled analysts and data scientists, collaborating across the ANZ business.
  • Enable measurement and analysis to support strategic resource allocation and drive performance for priority brands, translating complex data into actionable insights and visualizations.
  • Monitor and forecast market trends and competitive landscape, providing analytics support to internal stakeholders.
  • Execute detailed and professional analytics and insights to drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with business and functional partners to develop new tools, pilot innovative approaches, and facilitate the adoption of new capabilities for organizational success.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and insights generation as a people leader. Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools, data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik), and a solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices are essential.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modelling and machine learning, is also desirable.
  • We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of data management and database systems, as well as familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, is important.
  • A continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving technology and business needs are also key attributes we seek.
