Summary
The Data Strategy and EDM Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the data strategy, fostering data literacy across the organization, and ensuring the smooth operationalization of changes related to enterprise data initiatives. Reporting to the Global ESG Reporting and Operations Project Lead, the role ensures that data and change management strategies are aligned with business objectives. The Data Strategy and EDM Change Manager will collaborate with various departments to enhance data management practices and to support the adoption of enterprise-wide data standards.

- Lead the implementation and adoption of the enterprise data strategy framework across departments
- Develop and execute a change management strategy to support data-related transformations and initiatives.
- Provide training and support to increase data literacy within the organization, including the development of educational materials
- Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Quality Managers, Data Stewards and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of data-related goals
- Ensure alignment between data strategy, data architecture, data models, and business needs in collaboration with Data Architects
- Act as a point of contact for resolving issues related to data management practices and changes
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain the business impact of data governance decisions
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in data strategy or enterprise data management roles
- Scrum certification or extensive experience working in Scrum or Agile environments is essential. Ability to lead or collaborate within agile teams to deliver data solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and organizational levels
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements for engineering and data teams
- Ability to design and run training workshops
- Understand and drive Change Management
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in managing large-scale data transformation projects across multiple functions
