As a BPA Manager, you will drive strategic decision-making through complex analysis and reporting for mid-revenue country operations. This role combines financial acumen with business partnership, providing critical insights and value-added analysis to support management teams. You'll be instrumental in shaping operational strategy and ensuring business excellence through data-driven recommendations.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with management to deliver strategic insights through comprehensive business analysis and performance monitoring
- Lead financial planning processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct risk and opportunity analyses, developing actionable recommendations for business optimization
- Drive investment decisions through robust financial analysis and business case development
- Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics, providing early warning signals for resource reallocation
- Validate commercial data integrity while offering recommendations for forecast accuracy improvement
- Optimize management reporting processes to meet evolving business needs
- LDC experience preferable

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 38.038/year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
