Summary

-Communicates EPM standards and monitor the adherence to those standards -Collabrating on communicating new features, process changes and roadmap. -Provides insights and data to EPM leadership and stakeholders -Lead the community of practice forums -Identifies opportunities for process and product improvement -Acts as SME in new feature testing and solution validation

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Support the Global Head of Function or Head team member(s) in day-to-day management -Lead the improvements key operational processes for the Function in the area of portfolio management -Anticipate improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the adoption of the new Ways of Working with the new solution selected for EPM -Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions.

  • Operational targets (including Service Delivery, Financials, Risk and Compliance, etc.) are met -Effective collaboration model in place within and across community of practice -Improverment targets met archiving productivity target/ROI.
  • Maintain operational support costs in align with TT objectives -Implemention of CSI in line with TT objectives conducting to operation excellence and costs reduction
