As the Sr Logistics Management Analyst, you will be the Point-of-Contact (POC) for all program field and government property efforts. Typical roles and responsibilities include:

Offer technical support across the program and integrate technical knowledge to continuously improve competitive position
* Liaison with engineering staff to ensure best practice and share expertise
* Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements
* Ensure that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet marketing and financial objectives
* Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes such as replenishment, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions
* Other roles assigned
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of experience or 6 Master's degree with at least 12 years of experience; may consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
* Familiarity with DD Form 1149s, and the related processes for shipments (both CONUS and OCONUS), and must understand and strictly comply with ITAR guidelines and CCI/COMSEC, classified and Security requirements
* Practical hands-on experience performing logistics and technical support
* Prior technical and inventory management experience
* Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and Outlook)
* Database management experience
* Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance and SAP; US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient knowledge of FAR/DFAR and other government property systems
* Experience with property accountability on government defense contracts
* Familiarity with understanding logistics documentation, e. g. Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP)
* Experience working with SAP, s3, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and other relevant databases
* Experience with prior DoD field work
* Strong leadership skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a challenging environment
* Excellent analytical ability, researching skills, and capacity for planning ahead
* Previous experience supporting a government or DOD customer
* Previous experience supporting program proposals and constructing BOE's
* Experience supporting program property audits
* Active or DoD Secret Clearance
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
