Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking an experienced Sr Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4 to serve as the Security Lead for a portfolio of classified programs at the Annapolis, MD campus. The duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

Perform as the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) responsible for the management and oversight of multiple classified programs and facilities.
* Direct interface with Government Security Officers in support of on-going security tasks and requirements, investigations, and security audits.
* Oversee the management and physical accreditation of SCIFs; enforce compliance with ICD 705 and other government policies and procedures. Maintain the physical security integrity of each facility, to include alarms, access control, and emergency action planning.
* Perform periodic self inspections of SCIFs and participate in Government compliance inspections. Prepare corrective action plan/reports and submit to the Government when requested.
* Provide advice and counsel on security matters/activities that affect programs.
* Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports and take remedial actions, as necessary.
* Understands government policy and directives to be able to apply solutions to complex tasks/challenges/assignments that are in compliance with policy.
* Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
* Make classification determinations and interpretations; consult with the Government when a determination cannot be made and provide the results to management.
* Conduct security briefings to include program indoctrinations, annual refresher training, foreign travel briefings, and others as needed.
The candidate must be able to obtain a polygraph. The candidate must have relevant experience in industrial security programs. Experienced working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and other SCI related policy and procedures. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions in the midst of ambiguity and meet deadlines. The successful candidate must be a self-starter that needs minimal supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain Polygraph.
Bachelors and 8 years Security or related experience or MS Degree and 6 years Security or related experience; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Experience in ICD 705 physical construction and TEMPEST requirements; completion of ICD 705 training is desired
Experience in SCIF management and operations
Working knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's) and National Industrial Security Program
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and security applications (SIMS, DISS, Scattered Castles)
Salary Range: $108,400 - $162,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
